What IS SLIME?

Slime is a satisfying sensory toy that is fun to play with and can also be used for stress/anxiety relief, sensory play and a tactile fidget toy. Slime is both a liquid and solid making it a non Newtonian fluid, it’s truly such a satisfying experience to hold and squish.
Different ingredients can be added into slime which creates different textures, themes, scents and colours. Slime is a fun toy for people of all AGES 5+! Slime helps embrace your inner child and makes you stay present in the moment and is truly unlike any other “toy”!

The SLIME SHOP is regularly restocked with fresh slimes once they start to sell out. Any themed restocks will be announced on our social media / VIP newsletter!
CAN I SHOP IN PERSON?

We currently only have an online store and no physical shop location. This helps prioritise making more slimes, filming satisfying ASMR videos for you and faster shipping times.
It is our goal to have a physical store one day where you can come and browse all our creations and smell/touch them before you buy!
HOW DO I FIX STICKY SLIME??

Sticky slime? Don’t freak out, it just needs to be REACTIVATED. All slime orders come with a slime care card + bag of “slime activator powder” to help with any sticky slimes. Make sure you follow your care card instructions carefully when making your activator solution. You ONLY need to add a few small drops at a time into your sticky slime and mix/fold with your fingertips until it starts to feel like sticky.
All slimes naturally melt down slightly over time due to the polymers slowly separating. This can happen from sitting unused for long periods or being exposed to warmer temperatures during storage or shipping. This is completely normal and an easy fix by simply REACTIVATING your slime when needed. With proper care and storage, slime can last for years and continue to stay fun, stretchy, and satisfying to play with!
shipping & PACKAGING?

Chappy Slimes takes pride in the presentation, quality and security of all packages when shipping domestic and international. We package and ship every slime order in secure mailing boxes with shredded paper filling or packing peanuts to secure all slimes / fragile items. We use this option to prevent any damages that can occur when your order is being handled and shipped by courier services.
You may notice our own branded courier bags! These are currently used for all small slime orders and small box orders. For any larger orders that don't fit in the mailing bag will, they will be shipped using our standard mailing boxes.
We understand that shipping prices can be expensive, however all shipping prices are set by NZ POST and cover all shipping/packaging costs. The more you purchase the cheaper shipping gets per slime!
do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship all across NZ and the world!
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase date. All NZ packages are shipped out via NZPOST courier service. The delivery time frame is 1-2 business days, however it can vary from region to region! (95% of NZ packages arrive overnight)
International orders are shipped out via Economy Courier Tracked Service which has a estimated delivery time frame between 5-21 business days.
Most restocks we do receive a large influx of orders all at once which can extend the processing and shipping time by 1-2 days business days. You will always receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped off with the courier.
